St John’s Community Care

February 26th, 2018

Since it’s establishment in 1997, St Johns Community Care organisation has been providing care and support to those in aged care and those with disabilities.

Today, St John’s Community Care has continued to grow and expand, always working toward identifying unmet needs in the community and how those needs can be provided.

St John’s Community Care offers a wide range of services including coordinated support, at home and centre-based support, transport services, multicultural services, social outings and a variety of respite services for people with disabilities and frail aged people in the community, providing seamless services to meet changing needs.

Committed to providing services that assist people to gain, maintain and re-gain their independence and keep them connected with their local community, family and friends, St John’s Community Care plays a vital role in the community to enrich people’s lives.

The Club continues to support St John’s Community Care by rewarding the Northside branch with a $2000 Community Grant as part of the 2017 Community Grants Program.
